WorldSource quotes are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

Warranty
All products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one year. Defective product may be returned for credit.

Lead Time
Order ships approximately 90 days after receipt of order approval. Allow 3 weeks after receipt of purchase order and camera ready artwork for product proof to be sent. Items that require a mold may require longer lead times. US or factory Holidays do not count as production days. Please allow additional time.

Proofs and Spec Samples
Overseas spec samples are billed at $150.00 (net) per proof. If an order is placed, this amount will be credited against the order.

First paperproof (black and white or color) is no charge. Additional paper proofs requested are billed at $12.50 (v).

Virtual proofs are billed at $45 (v).

Cancellations/Changes
Overseas order changes cannot be accepted once approval of the pre-production sample or the purchase or custom material is confirmed.

All orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled without written factory authorization, which will be granted only prior to order approval. Cost of dies, screens, digitizing, proofs and materials will be billed if ordered and completed.

If your order requires the purchase of custom materials in order to match your specifications, you will be required to complete a Custom Approval Form. Completion of this form gives Leed’s the authority to purchase and/or dye material to match a specific request. You will be responsible for any material costs that are incurred.

Order changes (piece, color, artwork, shipping information) may result in changes to your ship date as well as additional setup and proof charges. If production has started, changes cannot be accepted.

Imprint Charges

For overseas production, imprint charges are based on imprint method, size and and difficulty. The following is an estimate and should be used for budget purposes only. For an exact quote, please send us a copy of your artwork.

Silkscreen: $0.15 (v) per color up to 5” x 5”.

Deboss: $0.1875 (v) per location up to 2” x 5”.

Embroidery: $0.19 (v) per 1000 stitches.

Laser: $0.3125 (v) per location.

Miscellaneous Charges
A charge of $3.50 (v) applies for each drop ship location, plus freight costs. Addresses must be received no later than 5 days prior to scheduled ship date. Call for special requirements on orders with more than 10 drop ship addresses.

An insertion charge of $.45 (v) per item applies and will require 1-3 days additional lead times. This price is for any insertions that are done at Leed’s U.S.

Terms

A deposit may be required. Please check with your sales representative to find out the amount of deposit required. Any delay in sending in your deposit could result in a delay to the ship date.

Artwork
Customer to supply black and white camera-ready artwork. Additional artwork clean-up, touch-ups, typesetting, or re-sizing requiring less than an hour is free. Any additional artwork time spent by the factory will be billed at $25 (v) per hour.

Force Majeure : No liability hereunder shall result to either party from delay in the performance or nonperformance caused by circumstances beyond the control of the party affected, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, war, government regulation, direction, or request, accident, strikes or labor problems or shortage or inability to obtain material, equipment, or transportation, or by impracticability of performance, except nothing herein contained shall excuse the Customer of its liability to pay for Products sold, used, retained, levied against or unaccounted for after said Products are in its possession.
