PITTSBURGH — February, 25 2008 — Leed’s, a member of Polyconcept North America and the second largest supplier within the promotional products industry, hires a Regional Sales Manager for the Wisconsin territory, a Regional Sales Manager representing Leed’s in the Washington, Oregon, and Idaho regions, and also adjusts the sales structure by reassigning roles within the customer service model.

PITTSBURGH - January 31, 2008 - Leed’s, a member of Polyconcept North America - the second largest supplier within the promotional products industry, accepted awards from PPAI, ASI, and PPPC in January: Silver in PPAI’s Supplier Star Award, www.leedsworld.com received the Gold in Web Design and Creativity from PPAI, also six Distributor Choice Awards from ASI, and six Image Awards from PPPC.
PITTSBURGH — November 19, 2007 — Effective December 21, 2007, Leed’s, a member of Polyconcept North America, will become the exclusive supplier of Zippo brand products to the promotional product industry. Through Leed’s, customers will have access to Zippo’s line of multi-purpose lighters (sold in retail at Bed, Bath, and Beyond, Target, and other fine retailers), the classic Zippo windproof lighters, and Zippo non-flame products spanning a variety of categories.
PITTSBURGH — November 1, 2007 — Leed’s, a Polyconcept North America company, is debunking the perception that environmentally-friendly products compromise style by offering options that are made from recycled material but still maintain mainstream appeal. OwlTM is the flagship collection for Leed’s EcoSmart effort and includes bags composed of either 100% or 51% post-consumer recycled material. EcoSmart also encompasses stationery made from recycled leather or cardboard. For every EcoSmart import order placed, Leed’s will plant a tree through American Forests.
PITTSBURGH - October 15, 2007 - Leed’s, a member of Polyconcept North America, the second largest supplier within the promotional products industry, announced a multiyear extension to its 2003 exclusive licensing agreement with Cutter & Buck. The agreement grants Leed’s a continuation of its exclusive rights to select non-apparel Cutter & Buck products for the promotional product industry with the potential to license additional products in the future.
PITTSBURGH — July 16, 2007 — Leed’s, an industry leader and innovative supplier of promotional products today announced an agreement with Dockers® San Francisco in which Leeds will offer a range of Dockers® brand bags, travel items and stationery in the Leed’s gift catalog beginning holiday 2007. Designed for an on-the-go lifestyle, with versatility and quality to match, the Dockers® product assortment will add the brand’s signature easygoing style and sophistication to the Leed’s product offering.
PITTSBURGH — July 2, 2007 — Leed’s, the fourth largest supplier in the promotional products industry, recently promoted several of its employees. Three individuals have transferred from other departments and have joined the Business Development Representative team: Chrissy Burnette, Michael Haft, and Mike Ogden. Burnette has been promoted to a Business Development Representative covering Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Western New York starting on June 18
th. Burnette began her career at Leed’s as an Account Service Representative and most recently worked with customers on their catalog programs. With her years of experience, she has a strong understanding of Leed’s and the industry. Haft has also been promoted to the Business Development Representative position for Louisiana and Southern Texas. Haft brings a sales background from his experience as a Leed’s Account Service Representative and Key Contact and will begin his new role on June 25
th.
PITTSBURGH — April 25, 2007 — Leed’s, an innovative supplier of promotional products, announces an agreement with Wenger, the makers of the genuine Swiss Army knife, that extends the existing relationship from Wenger business bags and travel accessories into Wenger Swiss Army knives and Swiss-made watches. With the new terms, Leed’s assumes exclusive responsibility within the promotional product industry for the sales of all Wenger-branded watches and Swiss Army knives along with all of the items that Leed’s is already carrying.
PITTSBURGH — March 2, 2007 — Leed’s, a leading supplier of promotional products today announced that it has signed an agreement with Garrity Industries to become the exclusive supplier of Garrity-branded lighting products for the promotional products industry. Beginning on April 2, 2007, Leed’s will assume responsibility for the sales of all Garrity-branded promotional products within this specialty industry. The partnership marks Leed’s expansion into its fifteenth product category.
PITTSBURGH — February 20, 2007 — Leed’s, an industry leader and innovative supplier of promotional products, surprised Tammy Wilmsmeyer from Elite Promotions Ed McMahon style announcing that she had won by dropping in Elite’s Springfield, Missouri office. Completely taken aback, Tammy had been suspicious of the unplanned meeting with Leed’s regional sales manager, Scott Anderson, but had not anticipated being the sweepstakes winner. While her colleague and husband, Brian Wilmsmeyer, ordered samples and toured booths at the PPAI Expo, Tammy attended to the fun job of picking up tradeshow totes and entering to win Leed’s Dream Vacation Sweepstakes. Lucky for Brian, Tammy plans to include him in her travels.
PITTSBURGH — January 22, 2007 — The new year brings new faces to Leed’s. There are three new field sales representatives. Both Anna Lindquist (Southern California and Arizona) and Nina Davi (Northern California, Northern Nevada, and Utah) have joined the Leed’s team and Matt Rosenbaum, responsible for Michigan and Indiana, has been promoted from business development representative. Natalie Matta has taken over Matt’s previous role and is representing Southern Texas and Louisiana. Along with Natalie, Carolyn Jensen (Pennsylvania, Western New York, and Delaware), Josie Powell (Florida territory), Robin Kerr (Pacific Northwest area), and Josh Strosser (Southern California, Arizona, and New Mexico) will all be working as business development representatives at Leed’s. Jeff Ignozzi and Pete Catone represent national accounts as key business development representatives. There are fifteen new key contacts: Derrick Carter, Donna Dalsass, Courtney Davis, Cate Fouse, Michael Haft, Jen Markulin, Kristen Marsella, David McCartney, Chuck McCrea, Saundra Renwick, Marcy Sader, Mark Trozzi, Kelly Vergerio, Jennifer Wilton, and Scott Woodward. Jaclyn Bullis and Nicole Taradena are now customer solutions representatives. Heather Newingham, Dave Logero and Desiree Brusco work at Leed’s as key service representatives. Barb Wright and Missy Peterson have both been at Leed’s for six years and have been promoted to customer operations supervisor.
PITTSBURGH — January 22, 2007 — Leed’s, a leading supplier of promotional products and advertising specialties, was given the “2007 Supplier Star Award” by the Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) at the annual expo, which was held earlier this month in Las Vegas, Nevada. Based in New Kensington, Pennsylvania, Leed’s increased sales 16 percent in 2006, reaching an all time sales high of $275 million.
